Leadership & Corporate Governance

The stability and experience of Westfield Corporation’s board and management team has been a major reason for the success for the organisation.

A core team of senior executives have served the company over the past two decades, complemented by the introduction of new executives and Board Directors to meet the challenges of expansion to new markets, the rise of digital technology and changes in the retail environment.

Westfield recognises the need to establish and maintain corporate governance policies and practices which reflect the regulatory environment and the expectations of members and others who deal with the company. Our Corporate Governance Statement outlines the company’s main corporate governance policies and practices. All our corporate policies, charters and codes are found below.
