Headlined by the opening of a new two-level Nordstrom, UTC’s recent $600 million makeover has also welcomed such popular brands as Apple, Allen Edmonds, Arhaus, Billabong, Cotton On, Jo Malone London, Kendra Scott, Marine Layer, No Rest for Bridget, Rodd & Gunn, Saje Natural Wellness, Superdry, UNTUCKit Vessel, and Vineyard Vines.

New and upcoming restaurant arrivals include the Michelin-rated Din Tai Fung, Javier’s Finest Foods of Mexico, Larsen’s Steakhouse, Napizza, Shake Shack, Smokeyard BBQ and Chop Shop, True Food Kitchen and The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar La Jolla.

The property’s health-and-wellness offering, already including an expanded 24 Hour Fitness Super Sport Club, is also welcoming San Diego’s first SoulCycle (the cutting-edge cycling studio) and Alo Yoga. These new arrivals join UTC’s already popular lineup which includes San Diego’s first ArcLight Cinemas, Crate & Barrel, Tiffany & Co., J. Crew, Tesla, Lululemon Athletica, Madewell, Travis Mathew, Room & Board, Nespresso, Bonobos, Warby Parker Amazon Books.

In addition, UTC is now home to state-of-the-art office space for CBRE, Inc. – and by 2019 – the property will even include an upscale 23-story residential tower encompassing 300 modern homes. In the future, UTC will also integrate a new regional transit center and San Diego trolley line station.
